So, how does it work?

Let’s be clear, this is a referral service. We are not money transfer operators. We do not manage or handle funds transfers. We are simply providing information to you, our customer, about a service that provides another of several options you have to accept funds transfers directly to your bank account.

• Our agents will contact you directly and describe the funds transfer process. If you decide to proceed, they (the agent) will send you a message/link that you can forward to your family/friend.
• Your family/friend will click on the message/link and follow the solution that allows them to transfer funds to your bank account.
• The funds transfer will be managed by the respective financial organization with whom your friend/family will correspond and transact business with. PallaTransfer is simply referring you to the financial institutions. We are a referral agent only.
